摘  要:目的研究浅刺治疗膝骨性关节炎患者登梯运动中膝关节生物力学特性的改变。方法基于CT和MRI图像数据,建立上下楼梯运动中膝关节屈膝50°和15°的三维有限元模型,分析浅刺前后和健康组膝关节半月板、股骨及胫骨软骨的应力分布。结果结果显示浅刺治疗后股骨软骨、内外侧胫骨软骨和内外侧半月板的最大应力比治疗前分别有所减小,软骨和半月板上的应力集中区域明显缩小。结论浅刺治疗对膝骨性关节炎患者具有一定的康复治疗效果。Objective To study the changes in biomechanical properties of knee joints in patients with knee osteoarthritis treated by shallow acupuncture during stair movement exercise.Methods Based on CT and MRI image data,a three-dimensional finite element model of knee flexion at 50°and 15°during the up and down stairs movement was established,and the stress distribution of the knee meniscus,femur and tibial cartilage in the healthy group before and after shallow puncture was analyzed.Results The results showed that the maximum stress of femoral cartilage,medial and lateral tibial cartilage,and medial and lateral meniscus after shallow puncture treatment was reduced compared to before treatment,and the stress concentration area on cartilage and meniscus was significantly reduced.Conclusions Shallow acupuncture has a certain rehabilitation effect on patients with knee osteoarthritis.
