摘  要:为了提高电子行业工业洁净室远距离低功耗监控能力,设计了一种电子行业工业洁净室远距离低功耗监控系统。该系统主要由传感信息采集模块、集成信息处理模块、程序加载模块、人机交互控制模块等组成。在此基础上设计监控传感节点部署算法,以此获取监控信息,并采用模糊信息跟踪识别方法实现监控信息融合处理,以此实现电子行业工业洁净室远距离监控控制。测试结果表明,设计的电子行业工业洁净室远距离低功耗监控系统的监控误差与时间开销均较低,可靠性较高,实际应用效果好。In order to improve the remote and low-power monitoring ability of the industrial clean room in electronic industry,a remote and low-power monitoring system for the industrial clean room in electronic industry is designed.The system is mainly composed of the sensor information acquisition module,integrated information processing module,program loading module,human-computer interaction control module,etc.On this basis,the monitoring sensor node deployment algorithm is designed to obtain the monitoring information,and the fuzzy information tracking and identification method is used to realize the fusion processing of the monitoring information,so as to realize the remote monitoring and control of the industrial clean room in electronic industry.The test results show that the designed monitoring system for the industrial clean room in electronic industry has low monitoring error and time cost,high reliability and good practical application effect.
