摘　　要：从医院小型基建工程出发,分析了其特点,并围绕其流程管理、施工管理、安全管理、验收管理四个方面进行深入探讨,得出建立完善的管理制度及运用科学的技术手段可推进医院小型基建工程的顺利开展。Starting from the small-scale infrastructure projects of the hospital,it analyzes its characteristics,and discusses in-depth on the four aspects of its process management,construction management,safety management,and acceptance management.Comes a conclusion that it can promote the smooth development of small infrastructure projects in hospitals by complete management system and scientific technology.
