摘　　要：以福建省妇产医院项目为例,从组织管理和技术应用两方面详细阐述了BIM技术在医院建设项目中的应用,实现了医院建设的全过程、全要素、全参与方的协同管控。Taking the Fujian Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital project as an example,it elaborates on the application of BIM technology in organization management and technology application.It has realized the coordinated management and control of the whole process,all elements,and all participants of the hospital construction.
