自拟汤剂联用康妇消炎栓对急性盆腔炎的临床症状及血液微循环的影响

摘　　要：目的分析自拟汤剂联用康妇消炎栓治疗急性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取62例急性盆腔炎患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和研究组,每组31例。对照组实施单一康妇消炎栓治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上予以自拟汤剂联合治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组中医症状评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血流量、平均流速、阻力指数指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为90.32%,明显高于对照组的67.74%(χ^(2)=4.769,P=0.029<0.05)。结论自拟汤剂联用康妇消炎栓治疗急性盆腔炎效果显著,能够显著改善患者临床症状及血液流变指标,促进患者快速康复,且安全性强。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of self-made decoction combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 62 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.'Hie control group was treated with single Kangfu Xiaoyan suppository,and the study group was treated with self-made decoction on the basis of the control group.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P><0.05);the blood flow,average velocity,resistance index and other hemodynamic indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.32%,which was higher than 67.74%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.769,P=0.029<0.05).Conclusion The self-made decoction combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository has a significant effect in treating pelvic inflammatory disease,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and blood rheological indexes of patients,promote rapid recovery of patients,and has strong safety.
