克霉唑栓联合氟康唑治疗重度外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨克霉唑栓联合氟康唑治疗重度外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取80例重度VVC患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采用氟康唑治疗,研究组采用氟康唑与克霉唑栓联合治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及治疗期间药物不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(97.50%VS 80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组各项症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组复发率低于对照组(12.5%VS 32.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克霉唑栓联合氟康唑治疗重度VVC可促进临床症状缓解,提高疗效,降低复发率,且无明显不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of clotrimazole suppository combined with fluconazole in the treatment of severe vulvovaginal candidiasis(WC).Methods A total of 80 patients with severe WC were selected,and they were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluconazole,and the study group was treated with fluconazole and clotrimazole suppository.After treatment,evaluate the efficacy of the two groups,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions during the treatment period.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(97.50%vs 80.00%)(P<0.05).The disappearance time of various symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(12.5%vs 32.5%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Clotrimazole suppository combined with fluconazole in the treatment of severe WC can promote the relief of clinical symptoms,improve the efficacy,reduce the recurrence rate,and have no obvious adverse reactions.
