摘  要:微生物腐蚀是油田开发过程中值得关注的重要问题。微生物的活动会导致油田金属设备与金属管道的破坏和油田储层酸化,严重威胁到油田的安全生产。硫酸盐还原菌是引起油田微生物腐蚀的元凶,其形成的生物膜造成的腐蚀在近几年也引起了学者的关注。一般采用化学法、物理法和生物法等方法解决微生物腐蚀的问题,其中应用广泛的技术有使用化学杀菌剂、改性金属材料和使用生物竞争抑制技术等。结合油田微生物腐蚀现状,系统总结了国内外抑制油田微生物腐蚀的现状与研究进展,指出了油田开发过程中抑制微生物腐蚀的研究方向,对油田抑制硫酸盐还原菌及其腐蚀的深入研究与发展具有借鉴意义。Microbiologically influenced corrosion is an important problem in the development of oilfields.Microbial activities will lead to the destruction of the metal equipment and pipelines of oilfields and acidification of oilfield reservoir,which seriously threaten the production safety in oilfields.Sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)are the main culprit of microbiologically influenced corrosion in oilfields,and the corrosion caused by biofilm formed by SRB has also attracted the attention of scholars in recent years.Chemical,physical,and biological methods are used to solve the problems of microbiologically influenced corrosion in oilfields,among which chemical fungicides,modified metal materials,and biological competitive inhibition are widely used.In this paper,combined with the current situation of microbiologically influenced corrosion in oilfields,we systematically summarize the application status and research progress of inhibition of microbiologically influenced corrosion in oilfields at home and abroad,and point out the research directions of inhibition of microbiologically influenced corrosion in the development of oilfields.The study has reference significance for the further research and development of SRB and its corrosion inhibition in oilfields.
