摘　　要：以DB11为起始物料,采用一锅法完成磺化-氯代-丙酰化三步反应,得到中间体,再经过上氟、精制等反应合成氯倍他索丙酸酯,总收率81%以上,HPLC纯度99%以上,其结构经^(1)HNMR和ESI-MS确证。Using DB11 as a staring material,we obtained the intermediate through the three-step reaction of sulfonation-chloro-propionylation by a one-pot method.Then we synthesized Clobetasol propionate with the total yield of 81%and HPLC purity of more than 99%through the reactions of fluorination and refine.The structure of Clobetasol propionate is confirmed by ^(1)HNMR and ESI-MS.
