摘　　要：苜蓿不仅营养价值高,而且适口性好、产量高,是优质的动物饲料。为了使苜蓿能够被更高效地加工利用,总结了前人在苜蓿收获与贮藏等生产环节中的经验,综述了苜蓿从刈割、翻晒、打捆到贮藏等流程的进展。Alfalfa is not only with high nutritional value,but also has good palatability and high yield,it is a high-quality animal feed.In order to make alfalfa processed and utilized more efficiently,the previous experience in the production experiment were summarized,and the process of cutting,drying,bundling and storage of alfalfa were overviewed,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the subsequent production of alfalfa hay.
