摘 要:在内蒙古锡林郭勒盟东乌珠穆沁旗典型草原区,设置过度放牧、季节轮牧和禁牧(对照)3种干扰区,采用标志重捕法对啮齿动物群落与栖息地植物群落的关系进行研究。结果表明,在过度放牧与禁牧干扰区,啮齿动物群落主要成分布氏田鼠种群密度与植被密度呈极显著正相关(R=0.28;R=0.21,P<0.01);在季节轮牧干扰区,植物密度、地上生物量与草原黄鼠种群密度均呈极显著负相关(R=-0.23;R=-0.28,P<0.01),而且草原黄鼠种群密度与Simpson多样性指数呈显著正相关(R=0.21,P<0.05),与Pielou均匀度指数呈极显著正相关(R=0.32,P<0.01);在禁牧干扰区,布氏田鼠种群密度还与植物群落Shannon-wiener多样性指数呈显著正相关(R=0.21,P<0.05),植物高度、密度和地上生物量与黑线仓鼠种群密度均呈极显著正相关(R=0.40;R=024;R=0.50,P<0.01)。The relationship between rodent and habitat plant communities was studied in the typical steppe in Xilingol from 2014 to 2018 by using mark-recaptured experiment methods and setting 3 treatments of over grazing(OG),seasonal grazing(SG)and prohibition grazing(PG,as CK).The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the main components population density of Lasiopodomys brandtii and the vegetation density in the OG and PG(R=0.28;R=0.21,P<0.01).In the SG,the population density of Citellus dauricus and vegetation density,aboveground biomass were significant negatively correlated,(R=-0.23;R=-0.28,P<0.01),the population density of Citellus dauricus positively correlated with Simpson diversity indices(R=0.21,P<0.05),and Pielou evenness indices(R=0.32,P<0.01).In the PG(CK),there was a positive correlation between the density of Lasiopodomys brandtii population and the Shannon-Wiener diversity indices of the plant community(R=0.21,P<0.05),and also a positive correlation between the density of Cricetulus barabensis population and the vegetation height,density and aboveground biomass of the vegetation(R=0.40;R=024;R=0.50,P<0.01)were shown.
