摘  要:研究开发了基于CAD/CAE/MDO集成的注塑模具浇注系统多目标优化设计平台,建立了CAD几何信息和CAE网格信息的关联,实现了CAD/CAE集成。针对注塑浇注系统设计问题,分析了浇注系统尺寸参数和产品质量间的相关性,以此确定浇注系统尺寸参数,并根据注塑生产实际制定浇口位置筛选标准,基于Kriging代理模型设计优化实验,实现对浇注系统的优化设计。In this paper,a multi-objective optimization design platform of injection mold gating system based on CAD/CAE/MDO integration is developed.The association between CAD geometry information and CAE grid information is established,and the integration of CAD/CAE is realized.Aiming at the problem of gating system design in injection molding,the correlation between gating system size parameters and product quality was analyzed,and the gating system size parameters were determined.According to the actual injection production,the gate position screening standard was formulated.Based on Kriging agent model,the optimization experiment was designed,and the optimization design of gating system was realized.
