摘  要:通过不同杀菌剂组合对小麦赤霉病防治效果、小麦产量及DON毒素控制效果的试验研究,明确不同杀菌剂组合在小麦赤霉病与毒素控制中的价值。结果表明,在小麦扬花初期使用200 g/L氟唑菌酰羟胺SC 60 mL+25%丙环唑SC 40 mL,8 d后又使用200 g/L氟唑菌酰羟胺SC 60 mL+25%丙环唑SC 40 mL的处理和扬花初期使用200 g/L氟唑菌酰羟胺SC 50 mL+25%丙环唑SC 32.5 mL,8 d后再使用48%氰烯菌酯·戊唑醇SC 50 mL的处理对小麦赤霉病及DON毒素的总体控制效果良好,2个处理对赤霉病的防效分别为94.59%、93.76%,对DON毒素的控制效果分别为91.76%、94.41%.,并对小麦都有一定的增产效果,小麦容重增幅达4.57%、3.74%,千粒重增幅为18.41%、16.14%,单位面积产量增幅为38.61%、33.09%。综合抗药性治理和科学用药等因素分析,在小麦抽穗扬花初期先使用200 g/L氟唑菌酰羟胺SC 50 mL+25%丙环唑SC 32.5 mL,8 d后再使用48%氰烯菌酯·戊唑醇SC 50 mL配方是有效控制小麦赤霉病、降低DON毒素的良好用药方式,保障小麦产量和质量安全。To clarify the control effect of different fungicide combination for Fusarium head blight,field trials have been carried out and assessments on Fusarium head blight incidence rate,grain yield and the content of DON toxin were conducted.At the beginning of heading and flowering period,pydiflumtofen 200 g/L SC 60 mL+propiconazole 25%SC 40 mL were applied in plot A(acreage 667 m2),and pydiflumtofen 200 g/L SC 50 mL+propiconazole 25%SC 32.5 mL for plot B(acreage 667 m2).After 8 days,apply pydiflumtofen 200 g/L SC 60 mL+propiconazole 25%SC 40 mL again in plot A,phenamacril·tebuconazole 48%SC 50 mL in plot B.The result shows that these two combination of treatments both had well control efficacy for Fusarium head blight and DON toxin,the control effect were 94.59%and 93.76%,the deduce rate were 91.76%and 94.41%,the increment of grain yield volume weight were 4.57%and 3.74%,the increment of Thousand Kernel Weight were 18.41%and 16.14%,the increment of field yield were 38.61%and 33.09%.The treatment which is pydiflumetofen 200 g/L SC 50 mL+propiconazol 25%SC 32.5 mL was applied at the beginning of heading and flowering period and after 8 days phenamacril·tebuconazole 48%SC 50 mL was applied can has a good control on Fusarium head blight and DON toxin.Meanwhile,the treatment is safe for wheat production.
