摘  要:换流变压器阀侧引线区域的电场分析是换流变压器绝缘设计的重要课题之一,由于其引线区域形状的特殊性,引线不同区域需采用不同的方法进行电场评估。以某实际工程换流变压器的阀侧绕组引线出线为例,采用了二维电场有限元仿真软件对引线的垂直区域进行俯视图仿真计算,同时与工程经典解析方法进行对比,证明了经典解析方法对引线垂直区域的电场评估符合工程设计要求;采用2D引线弯折旋转模型对比三维电场有限元仿真软件对弯折区域进行电场仿真,并得出相近的结果。研究结论有助于工程电场仿真的设计效率的提高,为后续换流变压器的阀侧引线区域电场仿真提供了参考。Electric field analysis of valve side lead-out area is an important subject in insulation structure design of converter transformer. Due to complex geometrical structure, the specific methods shall be used in electric field analysis for different areas. Taking the valve side lead-out design of an actual convert transformer as an example, a simulation was performed on the lead-out vertical area in the top view by using two-dimension FEM electric field simulation software. Compared the result from classic engineering analytic method, it is proved that the classic engineering analytic method could meet the engineering design requirements at the vertical lead-out area of the converter transformer when evaluating electric field. At lead-out bending area, electric field simulations based on two-dimension lead-out bending rotation model and three-dimension FEM electric field model show that the results are close. The conclusions improve the efficiency of engineering electrical field simulation and constructer design, also provide reference for the valve side lead-out area electric field simulation of converter transformers later.
