摘 要:由于汽车防撞杆国产化的需要,利用国产材料BR1500HS代替进口材料生产轿车车门防撞杆。实验开发了采用BR1500HS高强钢材料做轿车车门防撞杆的感应淬火热处理工艺,并通过金相组织、硬度和三点弯曲下压实验综合评估了其热处理后的力学性能。经过调整感应加热淬火条件,如钢管推进速度、高频电源的输出功率或加热电压,BR1500HS高强钢钢管的金相组织与力学性能满足了设计要求,即整个钢管截面均能获得完全淬火马氏体组织;热处理后硬度达到450~570 HV1.0。三点弯曲实验性能满足:吸收能量大于1 870 J,最大压入力大于15.599 kN,开始角度大于295.2 N/mm。着重对淬火参数设定、防撞杆的硬度和三点弯曲下压力学性能的关系开展实验研究。Material BR1500 HS is used to replace imported materials to producedoor impact beam, that is the need of automotive localization. The heat treatment of BR1500 HS pipe for door impact beam has been developed in the experiment, the mechanical properties after heating were evaluated by metallographic structure, hardness and three point bending strength. After adjusting the heat treatment and quenching parameters such as the pipe feeding speed, the output power(heating voltage), the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of BR1500 HS pipe meet the design requirements, and the section of beam can obtain completely changed to martensite;after heating and quenchingand tempering, the hardness rangel is 450~570 HV1.0. The three-point bending test performance meets the following requirements: the absorbed energy is greater than 1 870 J, the maximum indentation force is greater than 15.599 kN, and the starting angle is greater than 295.2 N/mm. The relationship between the setting of quenching parameters, the hardness of anti-collision bar and the compressive properties under three-point bending was studied experimentally.
