摘  要:针对结构和形状属性基本相同的液压操纵阀等产品的阀体加工工艺展开一系列分析,并运用成组技术,进而对成组夹具的应用进行相关设计;在卧式车床车削主阀孔工序时,采用不同厚度的主定位板,目的是确保各种阀体到主阀孔的距离要求达标;在立式钻床钻削大面孔工序时,以各种阀体的不同厚度标准为依据,对钻模板进行准确且合理的筛选,钻镗钻模板上的各钻套底孔,使尺寸精度更高,更符合实际生产的高标准要求;与之前的指标相比,所设计的成组夹具的应用实施极大地缩短了夹具设计制造的生产技术准备时间,提高生产加工的高效性和准确性的同时,也有着非常高的实用性。A series of analysis was carried out on the valve body processing technology of hydraulic operated valves with the same structure and shape attributes,and the application of group fixture was designed by using group technology. When turning the main valve hole with a horizontal lathe,the main positioning plates with different thicknesses were used to ensure that the distance from various valve bodies to the main valve hole meets the requirements. In the process of drilling large face with vertical drilling machine,the drilling template was accurately and reasonably selected based on the different thickness standards of various valve bodies,and the bottom holes of each drilling sleeve on the drilling template were drilled and bored,so as to improve the dimensional accuracy and meet the high standard requirements of actual production. Compared with the previous indicators,the application and implementation of the designed group fixture greatly shortens the production technology preparation time of fixture design and manufacturing,improves the efficiency and accuracy of production and processing,and also has very high practicability.
