摘 要:针对目前常用的限速器结构特点,采用机械模型设计方法,设计了一种新型的限速器钢丝绳夹持装置,用于电梯的限速器动作试验中限速器钢丝绳脱槽环节。这种新型限速器钢丝绳夹持装置结构简单、操作快捷、安全可靠、适用性广,解决了传统钢丝绳夹持装置中操作不便、夹持不牢、易翻转、损伤钢丝绳等问题,大大提升了限速器动作试验效率,同时可满足不同型号的钢丝绳的夹持需求,为限速器速度校验中钢丝绳脱槽提供了一种新的高效方法。此外,汇总了目前不同场景下限速器动作试验中存在的常见问题以及试验中各个环节需注意的事项,分析了试验结果可能会出现的误差以及原因,为限速器动作试验的开展提供了一定的借鉴和参考。Aiming at the structural characteristics of the currently commonly used speed limiter,a new type of speed limiter wire rope clamping device was designed by adopting the mechanical model design method,which was used for the degrooving link of the speed limiter wire rope in the elevator speed limiter action test. The new type speed limiter wire rope clamping device was simple in structure,quick to operate,safe and reliable,and had wide applicability. It solved the problems of inconvenient operation,unstable clamping,easy turnover and damage to the steel wire rope in the traditional steel wire rope holding device,greatly improved the speed limiter action test efficiency,and could meet the clamping needs of different types of wire ropes,provided a new and efficient method for the wire rope grooving in the speed limiter speed calibration. In addition,the common problems existing in the action test of speed limiter in different scenarios and the matters needing attention in each link of the test were summarized,and the possible errors and causes of the test results were analyzed,which provided a certain reference for the development of the action test of speed limiter.
