摘　　要：宽内圈双列角接触球轴承内圈比外圈要宽,轴向游隙无法在轴承轴向游隙测量仪X194上测量。针对此问题,介绍了一种新的测量方法,根椐该类轴承每个型号的外形尺寸设计制造所需测量附件,并对仪器上的凸轮部件进行改造,增加凸轮的有效长度,从而增加了仪器可以测量工件的宽度,巧妙地解决了此类轴承轴向游隙测量问题。生产实践结果表明这种测量方法准确可靠,操作简单,测量效率高。The inner ring is wider than outer ring on wider inner ring double row angular contact ball bearings,axial clearance could not be measured on X194 specialized axial clearance measurement instrument. To solve this problem,a new measurement method was introduced. By means of designing and making the necessary measurement accessories based on the exterior dimensions of each item,upgrading the cam component in the instrument,increasing the effective length of cam,therefore the measurable width was increased on the instrument and the internal clearance measurement problem was solved successfully. The production practice results show that this measurement method is accurate and reliable,simple operation and high measurement efficiency.
