摘　　要：锅炉行业现有直径850 mm、厚度80 mm的钢管内侧进行焊缝清根及打磨作业过程中,由于钢管内空间较小,导致自动化磨挫机头无法进入,只能通过人工手持打磨机完成清根打磨工作,人工打磨作业存在作业环境恶劣、作业质量不高、作业效率低下等诸多问题,急需一款能在直径850 mm管内完成自动化作业的小型磨挫机头。通过三维建模对磨挫机头结构进行紧凑设计及优化,并进行了仿真模拟运动,确保磨挫机头尺寸可以进入该直径管内作业;设计了实时视觉系统,作业过程中可自动识别焊缝位置,作业过程中出现偏差时可自动调整纠偏;设计了砂轮及砂带切换机构,可根据需要选择砂轮或者砂带作业,一机多功能。该多功能小型磨挫机头实现了直径850 mm管内进行焊缝清根及打磨的全自动化,大大提高了作业质量及作业效率,达到了预期的设计效果。In the process of root cleaning and grinding of welding seam on the inner side of 850 mm diameter and 80 mm thickness steel pipe in the boiler industry,due to the small space in the steel pipe,the head of automatic grinding machine can not enter,and the root cleaning and grinding can only be completed by manual hand-held grinding machine. There are many problems in the manual grinding operation,such as bad working environment,low operation quality,low operation efficiency and so on,so there is an urgent need for a small grinding head that can complete automatic operation in 850 mm diameter pipe. Compact design and optimization of the structure of the grinding head were carried out through three-dimensional modeling,and the simulation movement was carried out after the structure design,so as to ensure that the size of the grinding head can enter the pipe with the pipe for operation. A real-time vision system was designed,which could automatically identify the position of the welding seam in the operation process,and in case of deviation during operation,it can be automatically adjusted and corrected. The switching mechanism of grinding wheel and abrasive belt was designed,and the grinding wheel or abrasive belt could be selected for operation according to the needs,with multiple functions in one machine. The multifunctional small-scale grinding head realized the full automation of root cleaning and grinding of weld in 850 mm diameter pipe,greatly improved the working quality and efficiency,and achieved the expected design effect.
