摘　　要：生态绿心属于城市群的“肺”,在优化生态、净化空气等方面发挥着十分关键的作用。为了进一步发挥其功能,开展长株潭城市群生态绿心生态规划与建设的研究,通过分析长株潭城市群生态绿心现状和生态绿心生态规划与建设面临的困境,提出规划长株潭城市群生态绿心基础设施的方式,实现生态格局整体的优良化建设,使绿心调节生态功能得以提升。同时,分区规划生态绿心区域准入门槛,着重开发新能源产业,发展环保企业,以此带动地区经济,使区域发展与建设保持盈利状态。在此基础上,健全长株潭城市群生态补偿机制,建设城市群生态绿心生态发展详单,将与此相关的工作落到实处,切实解决地区生态建设问题。The ecological green heart belongs to the"lung"of the urban agglomeration,and it plays a key role in optimizing the ecology and purifying the air.In order to further exert its function,the paper carries out the research on the ecological planning and construction of the ecological green heart of the Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration.Through the analysis of the status quo of the ecological green core of Chang-zhu-tan urban agglomeration and the difficulties faced by the ecological planning and construction,the ways of planning the infrastructure of ecological green center in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration are put forward to realize the overall excellent construction of the ecological pattern and improve the ecological regulation function of green center.At the same time,the paper plans the entry threshold of ecological green center region by region,focuses on the development of new energy industry,and develops environmental protection enterprises,so as to drive the regional economy and maintain a profitable state of regional development and construction.On this basis,it is necessary to improve the ecological compensation mechanism of Chang-Zhu-Tan urban agglomeration,build a detailed list of ecological green heart ecological development of the urban agglomeration,and implement relevant work to practically solve the problems of regional ecological construction.
