摘　　要：城市建筑的发展满足了人民群众的居住需求,随着科技的不断创新,智能建筑的兴起给人民的工作生活带来了极大便捷性,甚至改变了人们的生活方式。智能建筑指的是在建筑物中引入弱电系统和设备,结合现代芯片技术、物联网、通信技术和大数据处理等前沿技术,搭建一套更加智能化、人性化的服务系统。常见的智能建筑系统功能如安防系统、消防系统、楼宇智能系统、自动停车和门禁系统等等,建筑智能化的发展提升了人民群众的舒适度和幸福体验感,不断促进建筑行业的驱动创新。The development of urban architecture meets the living needs of the people.With the continuous innovation of science and technology,the rise of intelligent architecture has brought great convenience to the people’s work and life,and even changed people’s way of life.Intelligent building refers to the introduction of weak current systems and equipment in buildings,and combines modern chip technology,Internet of things,communication technology,big data processing and other cutting-edge technologies to build a more intelligent and humanized service system.Its common system functions include security system,fire protection system,building intelligent system,automatic parking and access control system,etc.The development of building intelligence has promoted the people’s comfort and happiness experience,and continuously promoted the driving innovation of the construction industry.
