摘　　要：伴随城镇化建设的不断推进,涌现了大量的建筑工程,如此工程造价咨询企业的春天便如约而至。建筑工程造价管理工作是建筑工程中最重要也是最基础的工作,因为这是科学把控工程投资的关键,直接决定了投资项目效益是否能够取得预期结果,在一定程度上影响了工程项目建设质量与效率。本文主要内容落笔于工程造价咨询控制,探讨了工程造价咨询在设计阶段的造价管理工作,希望能为我国建筑工程造价管理工作的顺利开展提供部分参考价值。With the continuous advancement of urbanization construction,a large number of construction projects have emerged,so the project cost counseling companies are developing prosperously.Construction project cost management is the most important and most basic work in construction projects,because it is the key to scientifically control the project investment,which directly determines whether the benefits of the investment project can achieve the expected results,and affects the construction quality and efficiency of the project to a certain extent.This article mainly introduces the project cost counseling control,and discusses the cost management of project cost counseling in the design stage,hoping to provide some reference value for the smooth development of construction project cost management in China.
