摘　　要：大中型水闸工程精细化管理对于工程质量以及工程应用价值有着重要的影响。因此,本文针对大中型水闸工程进行详细的分析,深入了解当下大中型水闸工程的做法和要求,并针对当下问题作出进一步的大中型水闸工程精细化管理优化,以便提升工程管理工作效率。The refined management of large-and medium-sized sluice projects has an important impact on project quality and project application value.Therefore,this article conducts a detailed analysis of large-and medium-sized sluice projects,deeply understands the practices and requirements of current large-and medium-sized sluice projects,and further optimizes the refined management of large-and medium-sized sluice projects targeting the existing problems,so as to improve the efficiency of project management.
