摘　　要：主要叙述了广州商业中心项目钢结构巨型箱体复杂节点的制作工艺,巨型复杂箱体具有所用厚板多、构件质量大、装配顺序烦琐、组装焊接难度高等一系列特点。笔者主要从制作难点、难点对应的解决措施、针对构件独有特点制定的组装焊接顺序等方面开展叙述,保证了构件整体的焊接质量,为后续相似构件的加工制作提供经验。This article mainly describes the manufacturing process of the complex nodes of the steel-structure giant box in Guangzhou Commercial Center project.The giant complex box has a series of characteristics such as the use of thick plates,high quality of components,complicated assembly sequence,and high difficulty in assembly and welding.The authors mainly discuss the manufacturing difficulties,the corresponding solutions,and the assembly and welding sequence formulated for the unique characteristics of the components,so as to ensure the overall welding quality of the components and provide experience for the subsequent process and manufacture of similar components.
