一种复方中药消毒剂用于手卫生消毒的可行性分析

摘　　要：目的通过观察一种复方中药消毒剂的杀灭微生物效果、毒理试验、耐药性试验等,探讨此复方中药消毒剂用于手卫生消毒的可行性。方法进行不同浓度中药消毒剂杀灭微生物试验、毒理试验、耐药性试验并与已上市的化学消毒剂进行比较。结果悬液定量杀菌试验和现场试验结果:中药高剂量组>中药中剂量组>化学消毒剂组>中药低剂量组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药高剂量组与中剂量组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。毒理指标试验结果:小鼠急性经口毒性试验半数致死剂量(LD50)>5000 mg/kg体重,属实际无毒。多次完整皮肤刺激试验结果:中药消毒剂组刺激强度为无刺激性,化学消毒剂刺激强度为中度刺激性。消毒剂对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)、超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLS)大肠埃希菌、耐碳青霉烯类的鲍曼不动杆菌(CR-AB)的敏感性结果:中药高剂量组>中药中剂量组>中药低剂量组>化学消毒剂组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药高剂量与中剂量组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论此中药消毒剂符合GB 27950-2020《手消毒剂通用要求》规定的杀灭微生物指标试验和毒理指标试验结果,具有明确的微生物杀灭作用和良好的使用安全性,对临床常见的多重耐药菌株具有极高的敏感性,可优先采用10%的中药消毒剂进行手消毒。Objective To investigate the feasibility of a compound Chinese medicine disinfectant used for hand hygiene disinfection by observing its microbicidal effect,toxicological test and drug resistance test.Methods The microorganism killing test,toxicological test and drug resistance test of different concentrations of Chinese herbal disinfectants were carried out and compared with the chemical disinfectants on the market.Results The results of suspension quantitative germicidal test and field test showed that the germicidal efficacy of high dose Chinese medicine group was higher than medium dose Chinese medicine group,and was higher than chemical disinfectant group,and higher than low dose Chinese medicine group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no statistical difference between the high dose Chinese medicine group and the medium dose Chinese medicine group(P>0.05).The toxicological index test results showed that acute oral toxicity test in mice was LD50>5000 mg/kg,which was actually non-toxic.The results of several complete skin irritation tests showed that the irritation intensity of the Chinese medicine disinfectant group was no irritation,and that of the chemical disinfectant group was moderate irritation.Results of sensitivity of disinfectant to MRSA,ESBLS Escherichia coli and CR-AB showed that the sensitivity of high dose group of Chinese medicine was higher than low dose Chinese medicine group,was higher than chemical disinfectant group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the high dose and the medium dose group of Chinese medicine(P>0.05).Conclusion This herbal disinfectant was in line with the GB 27950-2020"the general requirements for hand disinfectant"kill microorganism index test and toxicology index stipulated by the test results,with a clear microbial killing effect and the safety.It has high sensitivity for clinical common multiple drug resistant strains,and 10%traditional Chinese medicine disinfecta
