扶阳罐治疗神经根型颈椎病的标准化操作规范的调查研究

摘　　要：目的通过问卷调查的方式,制定扶阳罐治疗神经根型颈椎病的标准操作,降低不良事件的发生,以提高临床治疗效果。方法首先,组建研究小组,根据查阅文献和操作者的经验,制定“治疗神经根型颈椎病的扶阳罐标准化操作流程”问卷调查表。然后,应用德尔菲法,经过2轮的专家咨询,删除和增加一些流程,确定操作流程中的一级指标和二级指标,并通过变异系数法确定各级指标的权重系数,形成规范化操作流程。结果拟定的扶阳罐治疗神经根型颈椎病的规范化操作流程,包括4个一级指标和16个二级指标。专家的积极性、意见集中度和协调程度等满足德尔菲法的要求。从各级指标所对应的权重看出,扶阳罐治疗神经根型颈椎病的标准化操作流程中每一个步骤的重要性和必要性。结论用德尔菲法规范扶阳罐治疗神经根型颈椎病的操作流程,保障了对神经根型颈椎病患者治疗的安全性,提高了疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To develop the standard operation procedure of Fuyang cupping as a treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy through a questionnaire survey,so as to reduce adverse events and improve the clinical efficacy.Methods A research team was set up to formulate the questionnaire on"Standard Operation Procedure of Fuyang cupping as A Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy"based on literature review and expertise of operators.Then,after two rounds of Delphi expert consultations,parts of the procedure were deleted or amended;primary and secondary indicators in the procedure were determined.The weight coefficients of the indicators at each level were set according to coefficients of variation.A standard operation procedure was thereby finalized.Results The proposed standard operation procedure for Fuyang cupping as a treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy included 4 primary and 16 secondary indicators.The involvement of experts,the centrality and coordination of expert opinions fulfilled the requirements of Delphi method.The importance and necessity of each step in the standard operation procedure of Fuyang cupping as a treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were well reflected by the weights of indicators at each level.Conclusion Use of Delphi method in refining the standard operation procedure of Fuyang cupping as a treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy ensures the therapeutic safety for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,improves the efficacy,and is worthy of widespread use in clinical practice.
