摘　　要：针对两例医科达Synergy医用电子直线加速器工作中出现的均整块、准直器锁定和机械运动接触器故障现象,根据医用电子直线加速器的工作原理和报错代码,结合医用电子直线加速器维修手册对应电路图和现场实物进行检测分析,判断其故障分别由医用电子直线加速器过滤系统中的微动限位开关变形和电路区域内保险丝烧断引起,通过更换和维修故障元器件后故障排除,为医学工程部门同行在加速器维修工作中提供参考。Aimed at the fault phenomenon of filter locked,collimator locked and machine movement contactor appeared in the operation of Synergy medical electronic linear accelerator of two cases,this paper implemented detection and analysis according to the working principle and error codes of medical electronic linear accelerator,and combining with the corresponding circuit diagram of service manual and the objects of site.And then,this paper judged the faults respectively derived from the deformation of micro limit switch in filtration system and the fuse blown in circuit region.After the components were replaced and maintained,the faults were removed.This paper provided references for the peers of medical engineers on the maintenance work of accelerator.
