摘  要:采用化学氧化法制备石墨层间化合物(GICs),利用微波法对其进行膨化制备蠕虫状膨胀石墨(EG)。对膨胀石墨的微观形貌进行了表征,对膨胀容积进行了检测,探讨氧化剂用量对膨胀石墨膨胀容积和微观形貌的影响。研究发现:随着氧化剂KMnO_(4)用量的增加,膨胀容积呈现不断增加趋势,膨胀石墨膨胀容积最大时,石墨表层最为粗糙,层间距打开最大,膨胀石墨的孔隙最为发达。In this paper,the graphite intercalation compounds(GICs)were prepared by chemical oxidation,and then expanded by microwave to prepare vermicular expanded graphite(EG).The morphology of expanded graphite was characterized,the expansion volume was tested,and the effect of oxidant dosage on the expansion volume and micromorphology of expanded graphite was discussed in details.There search found that with the increase of oxidizing agent KMnO_(4),expended volume continuously increased.When the expanded volume of graphite reaches the maximum level,surface layer of graphite is the roughest,interlamellar spacing reaches the maximum level,and the hole of expanded graphite is the most developed.
