一种箱体端面钻模的设计

摘  要:通过对箱体端面螺纹孔或定位孔钻削的分析,指出盖板式钻模结构设计方法只适用于小型箱体的加工,并不适用于中型和大型箱体的加工。为保证箱体端面螺纹孔或定位孔的尺寸精度,创新设计了一种中型和大型箱体钻模结构,在相应的通用钻模上进行改进,在钻模板中心开有定位孔,并匹配待钻端面,以定位孔为中心设计一组钻套,钻模板端面配有与其同轴设置的胀紧套,经由把手旋转控制胀紧套涨缩的驱动部件,具有实际应用价值。Through the analysis of the threaded hole or positioning hole drilling of end face of box,the drill jig structure design method of cover plate is put forward,it is not suitable for the processing of medium and large boxes.In order to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the threaded hole or the positioning hole on end face of box,through innovation,a concrete structure of medium and large box drilling mold is designed.Corresponding general drilling mold is improved,the location hole in the drilling model center is developed with the match of drilling end face of box,a set of drill bushing is designed by the center of location hole,shrink disk is set up with the coaxial of the drilling mold of end face of box,and the drive part is designed to control the shrink disk through hand spin control.So it has practical application value.
