小针刀联合龙火灸治疗风湿寒性关节痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察小针刀联合龙火灸治疗风湿寒性关节痛的临床疗效。方法将110例风湿寒性关节痛患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。治疗组55例采用小针刀联合龙火灸治疗,对照组55例采用针刺联合特定电磁波(TDP)及复方小活络丸口服治疗。2组疗程均为12周。比较2组治疗前后疼痛数字评分(NRS)、症状评分,并统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率96.4%(53/55),对照组总有效率87.3%(48/55),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组疼痛NRS均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组各项症状评分及总分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小针刀联合龙火灸疗法治疗风湿寒性关节痛疗效确切,且安全性高,能明显减轻患者的疼痛,为临床治疗风湿寒性关节痛提供了新的思路及方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of small needle-knife combined with Longhuo Moxibustion for rheumatoid cold arthralgia(RCA).Methods Totally 110 RCA patients were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group,55 cases in each one.Patients in treatment group were treated with small needle-knife combined with Longhuo Moxibustion.Patients in control group were treated with acupuncture combined with special electromagnetic waves(TDP)and oral small meridian-activating pill.Treated 12 weeks,aiming to compare numeric rating scale(NRS)for pain,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score;the curative effect was counted.Results The total effective rates were better in treatment group than in the control group[96.4%(53/55)vs 87.3%(48/55),(P<0.05),respectively];compared with before treatment,NRS for pain in groups was lower after treatment,which was significantly lower in treatment group than in control group(P<0.05),TCM syndrome score and total scores in groups were lower after treatment(P<0.05),and which in treatment group were significantly lower than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For RCA patients,small needle-knife combined with Longhuo Moxibustion has a definite effect and high safety,can significantly reduce pain,which provides new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of rheumatoid cold arthralgia,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
