延时氮气弹簧在四工具体单动拉深模中的应用

摘　　要：以某车型后围上边梁零件为例,采用四工具体单动拉深模结构,使用延时氮气弹簧作为上压料块压力源,从CAE冲压模拟分析、模具结构设计、试模验证,阐述了延时氮气弹簧在拉深模中发挥的作用。Taking a roof side frame on rear wall of a car model as an example,a four-tool single-action drawing die was adopted,and the time-delay nitrogen spring was used as the pressing material source of the upper pressing block.The important role of time-delay nitrogen spring in drawing process was expounded from CAE stamping simulation analysis,die structure design,test validation.
