摘 要:夜光遥感数据在经济分析中具有广泛的应用空间。文章提出了一种基于产业经济结构分析的夜光数据处理方法,并分析了影响城市经济预测的因素。首先,分析“珞珈一号”帧推扫成像模式下城市第一产业对夜光“噪声”的敏感性,提出了多帧阈值去噪方法。考虑产业结构的空间分布特性,提出采用OSM道路网络和POI重分类方法划分产业结构。在此基础上,构建夜光与产业结构经济参量的线性回归模型,并对中国沿海16个城市基于产业结构进行了GDP分析和估算。实验表明:多帧阈值去噪方法可有效提升GDP整体预测精度,其中福州和舟山的预测精度分别提高了10.64%和10.55%;对比NPP-VIIRS夜光数据,发现具有更高空间分辨率的“珞珈一号”夜光数据在第三产业结构的经济预测方面更具优势。同时,基于夜光数据的GDP预测精度会受第二、第三产业发展的影响。Night-light remote sensing data is widely used in economic analysis.We propose a night-light data processing method for the economic forecast of the industrial economic structure,and analyze the factors that affect the urban economic forecast.Firstly,According to the characteristics of Luojia-101 push-broom imaging mode,the sensitivity of the urban primary industry to the noise in the night-light images is analyzed,and a multi-frame threshold denoising method is proposed.Secondly,considering the spatial distribution characteristics of the industrial structure,it is proposed to use the OSM road network and POI reclassification method to divide the industrial structure.Finally,a linear regression model of economic parameters of night-light and industrial structure is constructed,and GDP analysis and estimation of 16 cities along the coast of China based on industrial structure are carried out.The experimental results show that the multi-frame threshold denoising method can effectively improve the overall GDP prediction accuracy,among which the prediction accuracy of Fuzhou and Zhoushan are increased by 10.64%and 10.55%respectively;compared with the NPP-VIIRS night-light data,it is found that the Luojia-101night-light data has more advantages in the economic forecast of the tertiary industry structure.At the same time,the GDP prediction accuracy based on luminous data will be affected by the development of the secondary and tertiary industries.
