摘　　要：习近平的德法兼治观具有丰富的理论内涵、深广的实践关切以及鲜明的价值旨归,构成习近平法治思想重要组成部分;它强调法治领域突出问题的道德考量以及道德领域突出问题的综合治理,如此双重关照中的实践旨趣融通成“德法结合”的国家治理实践视域;它突出中国道路的鲜明特点,彰显中国发展进程中的制度优势,并将尊重人民群众主体地位作为最终价值旨归。Xi Jinping’s view of combining the rule by law with the rule by virtue has a profound theoretical propositions,broad practical concerns and far-reaching value orientations.It has become an important component in Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law.It emphasizes the moral aspects of the serious problems in the law field and the comprehensive governance of the big challenges in the moral field.Thus,"combining the rule by law with the rule by virtue"can become a rich practical guideline in national governance;it highlights the distinctive characteristics of the China approach,reveals the institutional merits in the process of China’s development,and exemplifies the significance of respecting the people-oriented value system.
