摘　　要：为满足用户需求,江阴兴澄特种钢铁有限公司通过以轧代锻的工艺模式,利用450mm连铸厚板坯轧制成材,成功开发出42CrMo合金结构钢厚板,产品最大厚度达到200mm,探伤满足GB/T 2970-2016 I级要求。Aimming to satisfy the demand of consumers,the thick plate of alloy structural steel 42CrMo has been successfully developed by rolling instead of forging using 450mm casting thick slab.The maximum thickness of the product reaches 200mm,and the products meets the requirements of ultrasonic flaw detection in GB/T 2970-2016 Class I.
