清肺解毒方治疗非重症社区获得性肺炎(邪热犯肺证)患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察清肺解毒方对非重症社区获得性肺炎(CAP)(邪热犯肺证)患者的临床疗效。方法将104例非重症CAP(邪热犯肺证)患者按照随机数字表法将研究对象分为观察组和对照组各52例。对照组予以西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上予以清肺解毒方治疗,两组均治疗7 d后观察疗效。比较两组治疗前后的发热、咳嗽、咯痰评分及实验室指标。结果观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后发热、咳嗽、咯痰评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞计数(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对非重症CAP患者采用清肺解毒方治疗疗效良好,对改善中医证候评分、降低炎症反应具有显著效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qingfei Jiedu Decoction on non-severe community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)patients with evil heat invading the lung syndrome.Methods:A total of 104 non-severe CAP patients with evil-heat invading lung syndrome were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the research objects were divided into the observation group and control group,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qingfei Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of both groups was observed after 7 days of treatment.The scores of fever,cough,expectoration scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the differences in laboratory indicators between the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of fever,cough,expectoration scores in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of procalcitonin(PCT),white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),and red blood cell volume distribution width(RDW)in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of non-severe CAP patients with Qingfei Jiedu Decoction has a good effect and has significant effects on improving the scores of TCM syndromes and reducing inflammation.
