摘　　要：通过系统整理《证治准绳》中诸厥证治的相关原文,发现王氏所论之厥内涵丰富,指出厥者,属气机逆乱而致也,厥证有别于上古所谓之脚气和昏晕不醒者。厥之为病与脾胃、冲脉、肾等有关,亦与寒、湿、火等邪气关系密切;其核心病机为阴阳气不相顺接;若其因阳虚而致,则当温之;若属阳陷而伏于深者,法当下之;若属邪热入于内,尚未入深者,当散其热而解;亦指出厥当分阴阳而治;治病多求其本,并将针灸运用于其中,善用外治法以急治其标,并对痘疮所致之厥进行了补充和完善。By systematically collating the relevant original texts of the syndromes and treatments of Jue in Zhengzhi Zhunsheng,it is found that the connotation of Jue in Wang's theory is rich.It is pointed out that Jue is caused by the rebellion of Qi and the Jue Syndrome is different from the so-called dermatophytosis and those who are unconscious.Jue is related to the spleen,stomach,flushing pulse,kidney,etc.,and is also closely related to cold,dampness,fire and other evil qi;its core pathogenesis is the incompatible yin and yang qi;if it is caused by yang deficiency,it should be warmed;if it belongs to the sun sinking and lying in the deep,then it should be decreased;if the evil heat enters and has not yet entered the deep,it should be dissipated and relieved.It also pointed out that Jue should be divided into yin and yang to cure;and acupuncture and moxibustion should be applied,making good use of external therapy to cure its symptoms urgently.Supplements are included for Jue caused by acne.
