摘 要:绿液苛化反应后产生的白泥,其综合利用主要是对白泥中的碳酸钙成份的利用。白泥中碳酸钙含量的分析方法一般使用EDTA标准滴定溶液,以钙指示剂滴定至终点从而算出碳酸钙含量。本文通过EDTA标准溶液滴定、高温灼烧分解等实验分析白泥中碳酸钙含量,发现EDTA标准滴定溶液滴定法算出的碳酸钙含量是将溶液中所有的钙离子均以碳酸钙表示,部分钙盐杂质也计算为碳酸钙,造成分析结果不准确,以烧失量来计算白泥中碳酸钙含量较为准确。The comprehensive utilization of white mud produced by causticization of green liquor is mainly the utilization of calcium carbonate in white mud.The analysis method of calcium carbonate content in white mud generally uses EDTA standard titration solution,and titrates to the end point with calcium indicator to calculate the calcium carbonate content.In this paper,the calcium carbonate content in white mud is analyzed by EDTA standard solution titration,high temperature calcination decomposition and other experiments.It is found that the calcium carbonate content calculated by EDTA standard titration solution titration method is that all calcium ions in the solution are expressed as calcium carbonate,and some calcium salt impurities are also calculated as calcium carbonate,resulting in inaccurate analysis results.It is more accurate to calculate the calcium carbonate content in white mud by loss on ignition.
