摘　　要：为了更好的进行钳工作业及操作现场的整洁,对原有的钳工工作台进行了改造,设计一种台虎钳可升降式六边形钳工工作台,该钳工台采用六边形设计,六边形平台沿边下面对应有三层抽屉,可以收纳工量具,平台上面中间位置用梯形档板,档板中间加有一层隔板,用来摆放量具,实现工量具分开摆放,同时六边形钳工工作台共有六个工位,相对于一般的长方形钳工工作台,每个工作台增加了两个工位,更好的满足需求。台虎钳采用剪刀式升降机构,可满足不同身高人的需求。In order to make full use of the space,ensure the normal operation of the fitter and the tidiness of the training site,the original fitter table was reformed,and a new type of fitter table with hexagonal shape and adjustable height was designed,the bench adopts a hexagonal design.Three drawers are arranged on the bottom edge of the hexagonal platform to accommodate measuring tools.A vertical baffle plate is arranged in the middle of the platform,and a partition plate is added in the middle of the baffle plate for placing measuring tools,at the same time,the hexagon fitter training table has six workstations.Compared with the rectangular fitter training table,the hexagon fitter training table has two workstations each,which can better meet the needs of training and teaching.Table Vice adopts scissors type lifting mechanism to meet the needs of different students.The new fitter training table can be used in schools with fitter training programs.
