摘 要:普通车床曾经在机械加工行业占着不容忽视的一席之地。但是由于普通车床自身的结构是比较复杂的,其有着非常低的自动化加工程度,这也是为什么生产效率低下的具体原因,很难对那些要求精密的零件加以运用。近些年来由于科技在不断发展,数控技术也应运而生,与普通的车床相比更能为企业提供效益,所以当前有越来越多的企业单位在普通车床的改造中运用数控技术,这样既可以满足生产的需求,又能节省很多不必要的资金,对于促进企业的进一步发展有着重要作用。Ordinary lathes once occupied a place that cannot be ignored in the machining industry.However,because the structure of the ordinary lathe itself is relatively complicated,it has a very low degree of automatic processing,which is the specific reason why the production efficiency is low,and it is difficult to use those parts that require precision.In recent years,due to the continuous development of science and technology,numerical control technology has also emerged.Compared with ordinary lathes,it can provide more benefits for enterprises.Therefore,more and more enterprises are currently using numerical control technology in the transformation of ordinary lathes.Both can meet the needs of production and save a lot of unnecessary funds,which plays an important role in promoting the further development of the enterprise.
