摘  要:与普通的车床相比而言,数控车床有着更高的加工精度,其加工效率也有较大上升。数控车床是一种比较自动化的设备,是经过再加工和数控技术改造的设备,灵活性比普通车床略微低。我们在加工数控车削零件的过程中,必须保证高质量,尤其是前后的工序都要高质、高量的去执行,同时还要不断优化零件制作的各个环节和流程。而且随着社会各个领域科技的发展,对于数控车削零件的加工质量也作出了更新、更高的要求,这就要求我们在给数控车床在车削加工时必须要具备高水平的工艺,不断提升整体的加工效率,这样才能适应当前社会的发展需求。Compared with ordinary lathes,CNC lathes have higher machining accuracy,and their machining efficiency has also increased greatly.CNC lathe is a kind of relatively automatic equipment,which has undergone reprocessing and numerical control technology transformation,and its flexibility is slightly lower than that of ordinary lathes.In the process of processing CNC turning parts,we must ensure high quality,especially before and after the procedures must be executed with high quality and high quantity,and at the same time,we must constantly optimize the various links and processes of part production.Moreover,with the development of science and technology in various fields of society,newer and higher requirements have been made for the processing quality of CNC turning parts.This requires us to have high-level craftsmanship when turning CNC lathes to continuously improve the overall The processing efficiency can be adapted to the development needs of the current society.
