摘 要:电动涡旋压缩机可靠性好、效率高,具有无极调速的优势,是新能源汽车产业的核心部件。目前,电动涡旋压缩机技术在新能源汽车热泵空调系统的应用发展迅速,系统设计要充分考虑电动涡旋压缩机的使用需求,润滑与回油对电动涡旋压缩机系统有着作用。针对电动涡旋压缩机的润滑与回油问题进行研究,从而提高电动涡旋压缩机技术的可靠性与稳定性。The electric scroll compressor has good reliability,high efficiency,and has the advantages of stepless speed regulation.It is the core component of the new energy automobile industry.At present,the application of electric scroll compressor technology in the heat pump air conditioning system of new energy vehicles is developing rapidly.The system design must fully consider the use requirements of the electric scroll compressor.Lubrication and oil return have an effect on the electric scroll compressor system.Research on the lubrication and oil return of the electric scroll compressor,so as to improve the reliability and stability of the electric scroll compressor technology.
