摘　　要：目的通过对药品的综合评价,为氟西汀和帕罗西汀的临床选用、患者个体化抗抑郁方案制定提供参考依据。方法采用药品Mini卫生技术评估量表分别对氟西汀与帕罗西汀的药学特性、有效性、安全性、经济性、医疗保险属性、基本药物属性、贮藏属性、市场属性和企业属性等共计10个大项进行量化评估,汇总得分。结果氟西汀最终分值为71分,帕罗西汀最终分值为73分,二者在治疗抑郁症方面具有不同于其他类抗抑郁药物的作用机制,选择性高,安全性好,疗效肯定,应用广泛。但在疗效、药代力学参数、不良反应、药物相互作用等方面,二者仍存在诸多差异。结论临床应用时,可综合考虑患者因素与药物因素的差异选择使用该两种抗抑郁药。Objective To provide a reference for the clinical selection of fluoxetine and paroxetine and the formulation of individualized antidepressant programs through the comprehensive evaluation of drugs.Methods Using drugs Mini Health Technology assessment,a total of 10 major items,including the pharmaceutical characteristics,effectiveness,safety,economics,medical insurance attributes,basic medicine attributes,storage attributes,market attributes,and corporate attributes of fluoxetine and paroxetine,were evaluated,and then summarized and scored.Results The final score of fluoxetine were 71 and the final score of paroxetine were 69.They had unique mechanisms for treating depression with high selectivity,good safety,positive effect,and wide application.However,there were still many differences between them in terms of efficacy,pharmacokinetic parameters,adverse reactions,and drug interactions.Conclusion In clinical application,the two antidepressants could be selected and used in comprehensive consideration of the differences between patient factors and drug factors.
