摘　　要：以复合材料用高性能玻璃纤维产品为例,针对不同生产过程中出现的不同问题,借助统计分析软件,采用检查表、柏拉图、控制图、正态分布、直方图、不合格品数控制图等方法,找出解决问题的关注焦点或研究方向。最终得出结论:统计工具的使用,有助于提高产品质量稳定性、提高工作效率、提升对数据的理解能力,且是企业实现科学管理及监督的一种重要手段。With high performance glass fiber products for composites as an example, statistical analysis softwares were used to solve different problems in different production processes. Specifically, such means as checklist, Pareto chart, control chart, normal distribution, histogram and control chart for number of defectives were adopted to find out the focus of attention or research direction to solve the problems.
