摘　　要：建党百年来,中国共产党以马克思主义民族观为指导,紧密结合革命、建设、改革实践,逐步摸索出具有中国特色的解决中国民族问题的方法与道路,其中,将实践升华至理论,将民族政策与民族纲领逐步实现法制化与制度化,成为贯穿民族工作始终的隐性逻辑。从历史角度对这一逻辑范式予以纵向梳理,探索百年来民族法制建设在不同历史阶段的时代表达、侧重方向与阶段特点。从现时角度对这一逻辑范式予以横向展开,凝练百年来民族法制建设的基本规律与优秀经验,结合“实现中华民族伟大复兴”的时代场景和发展环境,指导当下民族法制建设的具体方向。Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,under the guidance of Marxist ethnic outlook,and closely combined with the practice of the revolution,construction and reform,the Communist Party of China has gradually explored the methods and path with Chinese characteristics to solve the Chinese ethnic problems.Among them,the sublimation of practice to theory and the legalization and institutionalization of ethnic policies and programs have become the hidden logic throughout ethnic work.From a historical point of view,the article combs through this logical paradigm vertically,and explores the expression,direction and characteristics of the ethnic legal system construction in different historical stages in the past century.This logical paradigm is expanded horizontally from the current perspective,and the inherent laws and basic experience of the construction of ethnic legal system over the past century are summarized.Combined with the era scene and development environment of“realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation”,it guides the specific direction of the current ethnic legal system construction.
