摘  要:国家对内持续推进治理现代化和对外积极参与全球治理的重大战略使边境成为“权力到边”的场域和对外开放的前沿。在此背景下,边境地区的“国门”教育因其独特的地缘优势,承担起加深边民国族认同、提高跨境教育竞争力、延展周边公共外交、培养沿边建设人才、树立国家良好形象等重要功能。虽然“国门”教育的凸显有着深远的历史脉络,但在现实运转中存在着跨境外籍学生管理政策缺失、跨境支教管理不完善、国门大学实力较弱等亟待解决的问题,需进一步完善“国门”教育政策以使其对接国家治理现代化。China's grand strategy of continuously promoting the modernization of governance internally and actively participating in global governance externally makes the border areas become the field of“power reaching border areas”and the frontier of opening to the outside world.In this context,because of its unique geographical advantages,“national gateway”education in border areas undertakes such important functions as deepening the national identity of border people,improving the competitiveness of cross-border education,extending the surrounding public diplomacy,cultivating border construction talents,and establishing the good national image.Although the highlight of“national gateway”education has a profound historical context,there are many problems to be urgently solved in reality,such as the lack of management policies concerning cross-border foreign students,the imperfect management of cross-border supporting education,the lack of strength of“national gateway”universities and so on.We should further perfect policies concerning“national gateway”education so as to dock the national governance modernization.
