摘　　要：建筑业因流动性大、聚集性强等特点易受突发事件影响,因此对突发事件对建筑业的影响进行综合评价十分必要。首先,构建基于PSR模型的建筑企业综合影响评价体系,进行压力-状态-响应层指标的确定;其次,建立物元评价体系和经典域及节域物元,确定评价体系中各影响等级之间的关联度,利用熵权法确定权重,得出综合影响程度;最后,以安徽省建筑业实际数据为例进行实证研究。结果表明,安徽省建筑业2020年度受突发疫情影响程度为一般级。经论证模型具备合理性,可为研究建筑企业受突发事件的具体影响提供理论支持。The construction industry is vulnerable to the impact of emergencies due to the characteristics of large mobility and strong aggregation.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct comprehensive evaluation and research on the impact of emergencies on the construction industry.First,build a comprehensive impact evaluation system for construction enterprises based on the PSR model is constructed to determine the pressure-state-response level indicators.Then,determine the pres-sure-state-response layer index.Next,establish the matter—element evaluation system,establish the classic domain and the section-domain matter-element,and determine the degree of correlation between the various impact levels in the evaluation system.Use the entropy method to determine the weight,and get the comprehensive influence degree.Finally,an empirical study based on the actual data of the construction industry in Anhui Province as an example shows that the impact of the sudden epidemic in Anhui Province in 2020 is at a general level.The demonstrated model is reasonable and can provide theoretical support for the study of the concrete impact of construction enterprises by emergencies.
