摘　　要：高校应借鉴技术文化理论,加强创新创业教育器物、制度和观念三个层面机制建设,为推进创新创业教育,培养学生的创新创业意识和创新创业能力提供有力有效保障。Higher education institutions should draw on the theory of technological culture to strengthen the construction of mechanisms at the material,institutional and conceptual levels of innovation and entrepreneurship education,so as to provide a strong and effective guarantee for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education and cultivating students’innovation and entrepreneurial consciousness and innovation and entrepreneurial ability.
