摘  要:建立以基本额定动载荷、基本额定静载荷和摩擦力矩为优化目标的脂润滑特大型双列四点接触球轴承的优化设计模型,提出了考虑低速摆动、轴承材料、润滑状态和可靠性等因素的精确轴承疲劳寿命计算公式,并以某一型号特大型双列四点接触轴承为例,通过多目标遗传优化算法进行优化设计。结果表明:采用该模型进行轴承结构参数优化设计,既能满足轴承的承载能力,又能提高轴承的寿命,同时能减小轴承的摩擦力矩。An optimum design model for structural parameters of large-size double row four-point contact ball bearing lubricated with grease was established with the basic rated dynamic load,the basic rated static load and the friction torque as the optimization objectives.A precise bearing fatigue life calculation formula was put forward,which took into account such factors as low speed swing,bearing material,lubrication state and reliability.Taking a large-size double row four-point contact bearing as an example,the optimization design was carried out by multi-objective genetic optimization algorithm.The results show that not only the load bearing capacity can be satisfied,but also the life of the bearing can be improved and the friction torque of the bearing can be reduced by the bearing structural optimization design model presented in this paper.
