摘  要:针对永磁同步电机,研究和设计了一种基于智能功率模块(Intelligent Power Module,IPM)的功率驱动电路,阐述了IPM的控制策略及驱动方式,设计了母线电压、相电流、故障检测电路以及过压泄放保护电路。实际应用表明,此设计作为永磁同步电机的功率驱动部分,运行稳定,可靠性高,控制效果良好。This article has designed and studied a power-drive circuit based on an Intelligent Power Module(IPM)for permanent magnetic synchronous motor.It has explained the controlling policy and the way of driving in IPM,the bus voltage designing,the phase current,the fault detection circuit,and the overpressure release protection circuit.The practical application shows that this design runs in stability,high reliability,and good controlling effects as a power driving part of the permanent magnetic synchronous motor.
