摘　　要：在金属件涂装线上,喷漆是一个重要环节,直接影响金属件的外观质量。从油性漆和水性漆的应用现状入手,比较金属件涂装线油性漆切换水性漆的工艺,介绍相关技术改造方法及其取得的成果,以实现喷漆环节的相关环保要求。In the metal coating line,painting is an important link,which directly affects the appearance quality of metal parts.Starting from the application status of oil paint and water-based paint,the paper compares the process of oil-based paint switching between the metallic parts painting line and introduces the related technical transformation methods and achievements,in order to realize the environmental protection requirements.
