摘　　要：由于无法直接确认涡壳点阵式子午面型线加工刀具的刀尖半径补偿量,难以进行人工编程。使用Creo软件构建型线点阵坐标的型线后,通过偏移型线构建坐标点,再使用Creo软件的孔表基准点功能,能够快速完成编程点坐标的计算。It is difficult to program the meridian profile of vortex shell lattice because the compensation of tool tip radius can not be confirmed directly.After the profile is constructed by using Creo software,the coordinates of programming points can be calculated quickly by offsetting the profile and constructing coordinate points,and using the hole table reference point function of Creo software.
